  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft and fluffy. Set aside.

Step 3: Unroll and Layer the Dough

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet. If making sandwiches or roll-ups, separate the triangles. If making a casserole, place the whole dough sheet in the baking dish, pressing it to fit the bottom.

Step 4: Add the Fillings

  • * For sandwiches or roll-ups: Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, cheese, and meat/vegetables on each crescent triangle, then roll up from the wide end.
  • * For casserole: Spread the scrambled eggs, cheese, and add-ins evenly over the dough.

Step 5: Bake

  • * Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • * If making a casserole, bake for 20-25 minutes until set.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy

  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm! Pair with fresh fruit, yogurt, or a hot cup of coffee for a complete breakfast.
