- Chicken Breasts or Chicken Thighs – 4 boneless skinless
- Rotini Pasta – 12 oz or your preferred pasta
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce – 1 cup or homemade sauce
- Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese – 1 cup grated
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Italian Seasoning – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Black Pepper – to taste
- Fresh Parsley – for garnish
Prepare the Chicken:
For Crockpot: Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the top. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
For Instant Pot: Sauté the chicken in the Instant Pot until browned. Add garlic parmesan sauce and heavy cream, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
For Stovetop: Pan-sear the chicken in a skillet, then remove and add garlic parmesan sauce and cream to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
Add Pasta:
Cook the pasta separately according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta and add it to the slow cooker, Instant Pot, or skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
